What We Do
Celina provides insurance protection for autos, homes, businesses and farms for more than 500 independent agents throughout five states. Our agencies partner with a Celina underwriter who serves as a trusted advisor. When agents call, they talk to the same underwriter – resulting in a true partnership built on lasting relationships. With a common-sense approach to underwriting, Celina works hard to exceed agent expectations by actively listening, asking the right questions and responding quickly and accurately.
Once the agent provides a quote and sells insurance to policyholders like you, our agent is supported by a Celina Marketing Representative. With a personal, hands-on approach, each Marketing Representative listens, responds promptly and brings insurance underwriting expertise. Celina understands that each agency’s needs are different, so our reps are equipped with the right tools to add value at any time, across many different situations.
And, when the unexpected happens, Celina’s Claims Representatives guide our policyholders through the claim process to set them on the path to rebuilding their lives.
