Car insurance review

I was a bit disappointed with my experience with this company. My car was parked within the lines of a parking spot at a local gas station. I was out of the car getting a snack and someone backed into my car and busted the tail light. They took responsibility, called their insurance, had my car fixed, and paid for my rental care and yet, AIG still raised my ...rates on me. It was quite unfair. They also deemed me ineligible for a student discount, even though I was a student, apparently going back at a later age doesn't qualify. Finally, they would not give a discount for owning a double wide since it's able to be moved. Ugh. Just an all around bad experience and happy to have switched.
